Excercising with Cold and Flu.

Hey guys,
Its Monday!!! A new day and a new week! Wait are to thinking about Monday blues? Come on people Monday blues aren't for blokes. Get up and get your bad asses to the gym.
I woke up at 5:30am and I am currently being haunted by mild cold and flu. Its being bothering me since past few days along with mild fever. My work schedule has been a total haywire due to this sucker.
Anyways. I was thinking on which excises I can perform in the gym without straining my body, but at the same time keeping myself from not working out at all. Well, fever with cold and flu do take  atoll on your body. When you workout hard and regularly, your body grows, but bogged down by fever affects the body growth. So the its best to back in the gym soon depending on your condition. The following are some of the exercises I am planing to do to kick-out fatigue and get back slowly into the beast mode.

1. HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training): HIIT is the best workout to be done with mild cold and flu. It warms up your body and burns calories. Do a 10 -15 minutes HIIT.
2. Pull ups ( 5 sets, 10 reps each):
Pull ups are one of the toughest and best exercises. Try doing 5 sets of 10 reps each.
3. Push ups (Incline, decline & flat):
Do 3 sets of incline, decline and flat push ups of 25 - 30 reps each.
4. Squats ( body weight):
Do three reps of body weight squats. Do be a coward. Prepare those legs for some  super heavy leg works.

Tips:
1. Carry your water bottle.
2. Carry your towel and a napkin. You do not want to spread a flu scare in the gym.
3. You may feel a bit week during workout. Its normal during cold and flu.
4. Over training or over doing something during this time totally depends on you and you physical condition. Remember, you are your biggest competition. Get back in your game ASAP.
5. Get at least 7 - 8 hours of sleep in a day.
6. Last, but not the least. Proper nutrition is very important for recovery and getting back in the game. Take your supplements and munch on healthy food in proper intervals.

Also, remember to have a nice bath after the workout. Having a good bath helps in muscle TLC.
Thats it guys. The crux would be to start slow and get back to where you where before and grow further. Cheers!!!

Crossing the Rainbow Bridge ~ for my beloved pets Fifi, Kalu and Kallu♡♡♡

THE RAINBOW BRIDGE
By  William N Britton
Inspired by a Norse legend

By the edge of a wood, at the foot of a hill,
Is a lush, green meadow where time stands still.
Where the friends of man and woman do run,
When their time on earth is over and done.

For here, between this world and the next,
Is a place where each beloved creature finds rest.
On this golden land, they wait and they play,
Till the Rainbow Bridge they cross over one day.

No more do they suffer, in pain or in sadness,
For here they are whole, their lives filled with gladness.
Their limbs are restored, their health renewed,
Their bodies have healed, with strength imbued.

They romp through the grass, without even a care,
Until one day they start, and sniff the air.
All ears prick forward, eyes dart front and back,
Then all of a sudden, one breaks from the pack.

For just at that instant, their eyes have met;
Together again, both person and pet.
So they run to each other, these friends from long past,
The time of their parting is over at last.

The sadness they felt while they were apart,
Has turned into joy once more in each heart.
They embrace with a love that will last forever,
And then, side-by-side, they cross over … together.

The Hubble Space Telescope

The Hubble Space Telescope

The Hubble Space telescope (HST) is as its name suggests, a telescope in the space! The HST was not the first of its kind, but it was the largest and the most modern at that time. The HST was built by American space agency, NASA along with the European Space Agency (ESA). It is being operated by Space Telescope Science Institute (STScI).  The HST was named after the astronomer Edwin Hubble. The HST has proved as one of the most successful resource for NASA. The HST is NASA’s great observatory along with the Compton Gamma ray observatory, Chandra X-ray observatory and Spitzer Space Telescope.
The Hubble is the only space telescope designed in such a way that it can be serviced in space. Various servicing mission has been taken place on the Hubble from 1993-2009. It is expected that the Hubble would not require anymore servicing until the year 2014.
The need of telescopes in space was proposed since 1923. However the Hubble project started in the year 1970. The project had to be completed, and the telescope had to be launched in the year 1983. The delays in the launch, budget problem and the Challenger disaster delayed the Hubble’s launch. The HST was finally launched in the year 1990. After the HST’s launch the scientists’ discovered a grave problem, the Hubble’s mirror had been ground incorrectly. This problem severely affected the scope of the HST. This Problem was finally fixed in 1993. It took four servicing mission to fix this problem.
The Hubble’s orbit outside the distortion of the earth’s  atmosphere allows it to take sharp images even in almost no background light. This is truly one of the most wonderful creations of mankind.
The telescope is now expected to function until at least 2014, when its 'successor', the James Webb Space Telescope (JWST), is due to be launched.

"Praise You In This Storm" -Casting Crowns

-----------------------------------------------------------------
I was sure by now
God You would have reached down
And wiped our tears away
Stepped in and saved the day
But once again, I say "Amen", and it's still raining

As the thunder rolls
I barely hear Your whisper through the rain
"I'm with you"
And as Your mercy falls
I raise my hands and praise the God who gives
And takes away

[Chorus:]
And I'll praise You in this storm
And I will lift my hands
For You are who You are
No matter where I am
And every tear I've cried
You hold in Your hand
You never left my side
And though my heart is torn
I will praise You in this storm

I remember when
I stumbled in the wind
You heard my cry to you
And you raised me up again
My strength is almost gone
How can I carry on
If I can't find You

But as the thunder rolls
I barely hear You whisper through the rain
"I'm with you"
And as Your mercy falls
I raise my hands and praise the God who gives
And takes away

[Chorus]

I lift my eyes unto the hills
Where does my help come from?
My help comes from the Lord
The Maker of Heaven and Earth

V model

The V-model is a software development model which can be presumed to be the extension of the waterfall model. Instead of moving down in a linear way, the process steps are bent upwards after the coding phase, to form the typical V shape. The V-Model demonstrates the relationships between each phase of the development life cycle and its associated phase of testing.

Verification Phases

  1. Requirements analysis:
In this phase, the requirements of the proposed system are collected by analyzing the needs of the user(s). This phase is concerned about establishing what the ideal system has to perform. However, it does not determine how the software will be designed or built. Usually, the users are interviewed and a document called the user requirements document is generated. The user requirements document will typically describe the system’s functional, physical, interface, performance, data, security requirements etc as expected by the user. It is one which the business analysts use to communicate their understanding of the system back to the users. The users carefully review this document as this document would serve as the guideline for the system designers in the system design phase. The user acceptance tests are designed in this phase.
  2. System Design:
System engineers analyze and understand the business of the proposed system by studying the user requirements document. They figure out possibilities and techniques by which the user requirements can be implemented. If any of the requirements are not feasible, the user is informed of the issue. A resolution is found and the user requirement document is edited accordingly.

The software specification document which serves as a blueprint for the development phase is generated. This document contains the general system organization, menu structures, data structures etc. It may also hold example business scenarios, sample windows, reports for the better understanding. Other technical documentation like entity diagrams, data dictionary will also be produced in this phase. The documents for system testing is prepared in this phase.
  3. Architecture Design:
This phase can also be called as high-level design. The baseline in selecting the architecture is that it should realize all which typically consists of the list of modules, brief functionality of each module, their interface relationships, dependencies, database tables, architecture diagrams, technology details etc. The integration testing design is carried out in this phase.
  4. Module Design:
This phase can also be called as low-level design. The designed system is broken up in to smaller units or modules and each of them is explained so that the programmer can start coding directly. The low level design document or program specifications will contain a detailed functional logic of the module, in pseudocode - database tables, with all elements, including their type and size - all interface details with complete API references- all dependency issues- error message listings- complete input and outputs for a module. The unit test design is developed in this stage.

The feeling

How shall I express you this feeling? I don’t know. A feeling that breaks all the bonds, and screams “Just Do It”. This is the feeling that pumps a huge dose of adrenaline in my blood, and then it is like Nirvana. Everything seems possible when I see myself in the Olive green uniform. This is the uniform that screams pride and commands respect. Yes you guessed it right. It is the army uniform.
I was always inspired by the Indian Army. It all started at my fifth birthday, when I got a replica of an M 16 carbine and an army fatigue dress, complete with the boot and the cap, as my birthday gift. Since then I have been breeding this feeling in me. With time I grew up, with me grew up this feeling, and I also developed a feeling of respect for my great country, India. I read history; I came to know more about my great country and the freedom fighters who sacrificed their lives for this country. I found that all the freedom fighters were all together different from each other, but they had something in common. The thing that they had in common was this feeling, the same feeling that I breed in me.
I told my family and my friends about this feeling of mine, they derelict it, they mocked me. It seemed, like nobody understood this feeling, except me. But my was mind was clear, my goals and priorities were set. I understood that getting in to the olive green was not easy. There was a long way to go. I may fall down, I might be hurt, I may be mocked by many, and many barriers may come in my way. I may feel like I am going through hell, but I will not stop. I will always have God leading me in my way and this feeling in me, which will keep me going. God willing, one day I reach my destination and this journey will end, that day you will see me in the ‘olive greens’ and stars shining on my shoulders. JAI HIND!
